Fee Calculation & Payment Policies
Basic Fee Formula
$$ \text{Gross Fee} = (\text{Total Credits} \times \text{Per Credit Rate}) + \text{Trimester Fee} $$
Fee Components & Rules:
- Tuition Fee: Calculated based on total credit hours registered.
- Trimester Fee: Fixed charge of 6,500৳ per term.
- Late Fee: 500৳ if registration is after deadline.
Retake Fee Policy
Waiver eligibility for repeating a course:
- 1st Retake: 50% waiver on tuition fee.
- 2nd & Subsequent Retakes: Full tuition fee required.
Note: Trimester Fee (6,500৳) is always mandatory.

Waiver Eligibility
Guidelines: Waivers apply only to tuition of new credits.
- Higher value between General Waiver and Merit Scholarship is applied.
- Other waivers are added on top.
$$ \text{Payable} = \text{Gross} - \min(\text{Waiver}, \text{New Tuition}) $$
Installment Breakdown
Standard Rule (40-30-30):
- 1st installment calculated on Gross Fee.
- Waivers adjusted in 2nd and 3rd installments.
$$ \text{1st Inst.} = \text{Gross Fee} \times 40\% $$
Practical Example: If Gross Fee is 65k but Net Payable after waiver is 6.5k, you only pay 6.5k. All dues must be cleared to unlock next registration.
